It was recently discovered that the 2.11.2 tarball was missing the upgrade script for 2.11.1. If you upgraded straight to 2.11.2 from 2.11.0 or prior, please make sure to apply the 2.11.0-2.11.1-upgrade-db.sql before moving on to the 2.11.3 script.
